Half Narrative-Half Descriptive

As every Wednesday’s meeting, this Wednesday we also analyzed someone’s paragraph. We correct and comment each other. This week, the material is about description paragraph. So, we have to make it and then we analyzed it. I found difficulty to analyze a paragraph I hold. Because it is nearly same as narrative paragraph. It present chronological order as narrative, but it describes a situation as descriptive, and I didn’t find the topic sentence. By this case, I realized that I’m still confused to decide what paragraph it is.

Continued by the next meeting, it’s on Friday. We were analyzing someone’s paragraph posted in facebook. 1^st paragraph is Riza’s. It’s about contrast paragraph, because it explains the differences of American & Japan. No matter with this paragraph because almost all have known about it. Moreover, it’s not a complex paragraph. So, we can easily decide what paragraph it is. 2^nd paragraph is fia’s. It belongs to confusing paragraph because there are many possibilities of it. Some say it is definition, some say it’s argumentative, and some say it is explanation. Oh, it was almost blinding me {how exaggerating I amJ}. I was just silent looking at the discussion because I didn’t know exactly what the paragraph belongs to. If I can, I wanna make one kind of paragraph. It is opinion paragraph, and then I will give it to Fia. Maybe just it my impression for fia’s paragraph, let me continue to Aini’s paragraph.  The paragraph is about cause & effect. It’s guessable because I found word “Affect” in the topic sentence, and it must be cause & effect. Then, we continue to Mega & Diny.  Both of them gave a good paragraph, so that they didn’t need to explain their paragraph. The last is Nisa’s contrast & comparative paragraph. Actually the content was not debatable, but she misplaced the colour, so that appears some comments about it. That’s all for this week…,
